I coached Australia to one of the most successful periods in the team's history, including a record-winning streak of 16 consecutive Tests and the 2003 World Cup.

I take pride in being an innovative coach. I also have a degree in Human Movements, a teaching diploma and a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Alberta University in Canada.

My education influenced my coaching style, which is vastly different from those used by cricket coaches for generations. Utilising computer analysis of every ball bowled and adapting ideas on movement and motivation from other sports.
